General Surgeon Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced General Surgeon Assistant to join our surgical team at Gangamai Hospital. The ideal candidate will assist senior surgeons in various surgical procedures and provide pre and post-operative care to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead surgeons during surgical procedures
• Prepare patients for surgery and explain procedures
• Monitor patients during recovery
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Ensure sterile environment in operation theatre
• Coordinate with nursing staff for patient care

Requirements

• MBBS/MS degree from recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years of surgical experience
• Valid medical license
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations
• Team player with positive attitude
